Programming, everything from scripts to web applications, is employed to enhance your website, making it more interactive and professional looking. We are experienced in PHP, Perl, ASP and Cold Fusion technologies. Here are a few samples of how we make the programming work for clients:
- John J. McMahon Jr. Roller Hockey Club (http://www.jjrollerhockey.org) - A PHP-based content management system keeps this league website current. Within an ID/Password protected administration area, administrators update schedules and standings. Points and standings are automatically configured based on the won-loss-tie record. Each content management system is customizable by using templates that separate HTML from the PHP programming. All records are safely kept in a MySQL database.
- Empire Lacrosse - Under development. Using a PHP-based content management system, a site administrator is able to change, edit and delete content on the homepage (which is divided into four compartments). Images may also be uploaded from the desktop. "Read more" links are tied directly to each compartment icon. A PHP-based shopping cart is being customized for the client.
- James Arts (http://www.jamesarts.com) - To accommodate this client's steady stream of press releases and announcements, a java applet with vertical scrolling and link capabilities was employed to ensure website visitors would be exposed to as many news items as possible. In addition, there is a javascript banner rotation for homepage nameplate.
- ClassicalCDs (http://www.classicalcds.net) - A Cold Fusion-based shopping cart keeps this consortium of independent record labels current and able to ship worldwide. Within an ID/Password protected administration area, the administrator may view, add and edit categories and products, institute discounts, track sales and more.
- Flash Animation continues to be a highly desireable technology. We offer everything from conservative and discreet presentations to more robust endeavors. Some samples include:
- In addition, we regularly use the Perl programming language for an e-mail collection system. It generally adds an email address to a comma-delimited text file, for ease of use to the site administrator. Administrators who wish to send news/updates to willing subscribers often use e-mail collection.
