Michael Gauf has spent the past six years managing and designing Web sites, ranging from community and content to robust e-commerce projects. After many years in editorial management at several daily newspapers, he helped start an occupational health newsletter and Web site (CTDNews) and establish an Internet strategy firm, WriteDesign, Ltd. In addition to holding a BA in journalism and political science from Ball State University, Gauf has a "GED" in Blues guitar.

Ed Morris is a senior programmer. From concept to reality, he has developed technologies and database solutions to build state-of-the-art, dynamically driven Websites. His expertise include PHP, Perl and Javascript and MySQL, SQL Server databases. In addition, he's a pretty fair roller hockey goalie.
